Fri, May 14, 2004 - 12:47 PMHow about Cripple Smash? Oh-so-un-pc.
Nah I guess I was more partial to BRE, and would have gotten far more into Tradewars if I had time. Boggles me why LORD was such an addiction. -

Re: Favorite Door Game
Fri, May 14, 2004 - 8:41 PMI didn't play many door games, but LORD and Exitilus sure were huge draws on my board. I never did understand the appeal of either. If I played a door game, it was usually Trade Wars.

Re: Favorite Door Game
Sun, May 30, 2004 - 9:08 PMTW2002 and L.O.R.D, hands down. I have a Tournament LORD poster autographed by Seth Able somewhere back home. Maybe I should dust it off to let all the ladies know how uber-geeky-cool I am.
Weren't they making a 3d version of TW not to long ago? -

Re: Favorite Door Game
Thu, August 12, 2004 - 5:33 AMI still play TW on telnet BBS's and actually run a game server from my house. Going to be tryin to set up a complete telnet BBS soon using synchronet software (hard to beat free software). LORD is fun especially with registered add-ons. Ambroshia is another fun bbs game and it's pretty involved/complex..oh and crosswordz on MBBS boards was cool too!

Thu, March 31, 2005 - 7:23 AMI run a private twgs too! It's quite liesurely and mellow though with unlimited turns and some interesting edits. Am thinking of starting another one with classic settings just for the heck of it, it doesn't take long to burn 500 turns! -

Sat, May 27, 2006 - 3:12 AMThis may really date me....but, Kannons and Katapults? Burning out my corneas as I stared at my green mono screen, waiting for the results of the latest ASCII war.
Those were the days, yesiree.
(Guess I'll have to mosey on over to Synchonet and see what they have done with my game!!!)
